Message	Maybe brett can clarify but his mounts look tig welded with skill. No cold lap, meaning proper current and speed, meaning good metal penetration, STRONG WELDS. The AMS copy's look like they are mig welded, on top of that there is cold lap along the edges, meaing a cold weld, not 100% penetration, less bonding of the pieces, weaker welds= faliure....
